Social Studies at home – May, the 6th

Good morning everyone!

Here you have a video for you to watch it and learn more about Prehistory:

Social Studies at home – May, the 4th

Hello again everyone!

We are learning about The Periods of History. The first Period is Prehistory.

Prehistory is divided into two periods:

1st) The Stone Age: divided into Paleolithic and Neolithic Periods.

2nd) The Bronze and Iron Ages.

Right now, we are studying about the Neolithic (Social Studies book, pages 78 & 79).

Try to answer these questions aloud:

  • When did the Neolithic Period start?
  • When did it end?
  • What was the most important invention in this Period?
  • Why did people become sedentary?
  • What were their jobs?
  • How did  trade start?
  • What main objects did they do?

If you have any problem to answer these questions, please, let us know.

Have a good day!

English at home – May, the 4th

Good morning, 4th graders!

New week and new month! How exciting!

  • Travelers: already sent.

Today you have to work about Phonics. It is very important that you repeat the words as the listening does. Remember, even mocking! Do it aloud.

Parents, be sure that they are repeating the words as best as they can.

Your work in Travelers is very important. We have checked all the activities you have done in April. Most of you did all the work every day; so you got a very good score. Every day you do not do them, your score goes down, down, down, down, down, d, o, w, n, down.

Bye for now!

Social Studies at home – April, the 30th
